Outlaw Rin conspires to liberate the only vessel that will allow a fractured city to escape it’s imminent end. With no time to lose, he’ll need to overthrow an oppressive gang, but not before overcoming a lifetime of scorn to save the people he resents most.

After the East-ward is set alight, the outlaws rush to prevent suspicion from seeping deeper into their fractured city. Emi must confront past trauma if she wants to unite her people. Rin gambles his life to seek answers to the questions that have long haunted him.
